Complaints

Complaints will be accepted by the Carrier in writing to the address of Customer Service Office, i.e. ul. Bardiowska 3, 38-300 Gorlice or in electronic form to e-mail address: info@voyager-transport.pl. The carrier undertakes to reply within 30 working days.

All information regarding complaints is available in the Regulations of the Carrier (section VII item 18).
